Angela Olea

Founder & CEO

Angela Olea is a visionary, founding the first assisted living placement franchise business in the U.S. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Assisted Living Locators, she has built the company into a nationally acclaimed premier placement and referral agency, matchmaking seniors with caring providers for over a decade. A registered nurse, Angela initially launched Assisted Living Locators in response to seeing patients have unnecessary readmissions and a lack of community support. Passionate senior care advocate, pioneer in providing others an opportunity to join one of the hottest growing industries today and a leader determined to treat the elderly with the dignity they deserve – these are the company goals Angela strives to achieve every day. Under her stewardship, Assisted Living Locators is setting the standard for care transition and is ranked in Entrepreneur’s “Franchise500®” and Franchise Business Review’s “Top Franchises Report” for three years in a row.

Mark Alivero

CFO/Chief Strategy Officer

As the CFO/Chief Strategy Officer, Mark Alivero is responsible for ensuring the overall financial health of the franchise system. He also is the chair of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for charting the path forward for the system to deliver on its growth, customer satisfaction, franchisee satisfaction and financial success metrics (at both the franchisee and system level). Mark previously served as Assisted Living Locators’ Chief Operating Officer. With degrees in both economics and law, Mark has spent the last eight years in senior management positions within the healthcare industry. Prior to his switch to healthcare, Mark built and managed his own successful real estate investment business.

Russell Morgan

COO

Russell Morgan has served as our Chief Operating Officer since January 2019. He continues to own two franchise territories in Portland, Oregon, purchased in 2017. Following a long career at AT&T, at which he held several Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and System Development positions with increasing responsibilities, he left in 2000 to become the CIO/CMO of a competing telecommunications company. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Founder of MCNE Inc. a Dallas, Texas based digital content delivery company which was acquired by VLGroup, a digital advertising agency. From 2011 to 2016, he served as Executive Vice-President, Technology/Operations for VLGroup in Chicago, Illinois.

Mary Ann Russo

Franchise Development Director

Mary Ann Russo is a results-driven professional that negotiates and nurtures productive business relationships. She has proven ability to create engaging client presentations, identify growth opportunities, and construct amicable franchise sales agreements. The growth of the company and the satisfaction of the franchisees are her primary driving forces. Mary Ann cultivates and maintains a strong relationship with franchise consultants and brokers to award Assisted Living Locators franchises. She is responsible for educating prospects about the Assisted Living Locators brand, enabling them to make an informed decision. Mary Ann ethically coaches candidates about the franchising opportunity including: financial resolution, market development and compliance with company standards. While building solid relationships with franchisees, Mary Ann uses her 20+ years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to help business owners succeed in every area. She assists entrepreneurs in developing and executing their visions. Educating potential franchisees and watching the success of their business inspires Mary Ann on a daily basis. Mary Ann’s quality service and ability to secure franchise opportunities has contributed to the company’s top ranking in Entrepreneur’s “Franchise500®” and Franchise Business Review’s “Top Franchises Report” for three years in a row.

Tom Ingle

Franchise Development Director

Tom Ingle is responsible for Assisted Living Locators’ franchise recruitment and is looking for qualified candidates in this exciting industry. Tom is committed to building strong relationships with franchise consultants and brokers to award Assisted Living Locators franchises. He educates potential franchise business owners about the Assisted Living Locators brand, enabling them to make an informed decision. Tom guides and informs candidates about the franchising opportunity including: financial resolution, market development and compliance with company standards. Tom’s background and knowledge helps a franchisee follow Assisted Living Locators provided path to success. He guides a candidate to discover their dream of business ownership through franchising and also supports the company’s top ranking in Entrepreneur’s “Franchise500®” and Franchise Business Review’s “Top Franchises Report” for three years in a row.
