Angela Olea is a visionary, founding the first assisted living placement franchise business in the U.S. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Assisted Living Locators, she has built the company into a nationally acclaimed placement and referral agency, matchmaking seniors with caring providers for over a decade. A registered nurse, Angela initially launched Assisted Living Locators in response to seeing patients have unnecessary readmissions and a lack of community support. Under her stewardship, Assisted Living Locators is setting the standard for care transition and is ranked in Entrepreneur’s “Franchise500®” and Franchise Business Review’s “Top Franchises Report” for three years in a row.
As the CFO/Chief Strategy Officer, Mark Alivero is responsible for ensuring the overall financial health of Assisted Living Locators franchise system. He also is the chair of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for charting the path forward for the system to deliver on its growth, customer satisfaction, franchisee satisfaction and financial success metrics (at both the franchisee and system level). With degrees in both economics and law, Mark directs all financial and legal actions of the company, as well as providing leadership for franchisee mentoring and coaching.
Russell Morgan is Chief Operating Officer overseeing all franchise operations. From training to systems, process management to marketing, financial management to strategy integration, Russell ensures that Assisted Living Locators stays on track for both the franchise system and franchisees. He is also a Portland, OR Assisted Living Locators franchisee who previously had a successful career in digital content and communications.
Mary Ann Russo negotiates and nurtures productive business relationships with new franchisees. She educates interested candidates about the Assisted Living Locators brand, enabling them to make an informed decision about the franchising opportunity. While building solid relationships with franchisees, Mary Ann uses her decades of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to help business owners succeed in every area.
Tom Ingle is responsible for Assisted Living Locators’ franchise recruitment and is looking for qualified candidates in this exciting industry. He brings more than a decade of franchise development experience in the senior space. Tom is committed to finding the right franchisees who will be successful individually. He works closely with franchise broker networks helping people achieve their dream of business ownership.
As Director of Franchise Training & Development, Tom Garlin oversees the on-boarding process, training and mentoring for all new franchisees. He draws from decades of successful sales experience to train, coach and inspire people to learn, grow and become their best. Tom employs systems and techniques he has used to become a top salesperson, winning awards for sales in multiple positions throughout his career.
Angelica Olea works closely with the Franchise Training and Development team supporting the nationwide growth of the Assisted Living Locators. She is the communication point and resource for all franchisees. Angelica provides training, operational support for the franchise application process, reviews policies and procedures with qualified candidates, and coordinates all training development to ensure a quality start for new franchisees.
