Felicia Sanders

Brand President

Felicia Sanders serves as Brand President of Assisted Living Locators, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in franchise operations, business development, and strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has led national franchise organizations, supported hundreds of business owners, and built high-performing teams focused on operational excellence and customer experience.

Prior to joining Assisted Living Locators, Felicia held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized franchise brands, including Woodhouse Spa, Massage Envy, and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands.

As Brand President, Felicia is focused on strengthening the Assisted Living Locators network by supporting franchise owners, enhancing operational systems, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring families receive the trusted guidance and personalized service the brand is known for. She is passionate about helping franchisees grow successful businesses while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Steve Jesus

Franchise Business Coach

A Franchise Business Coach helps a group of local franchise owners grow their senior placement businesses and increase revenue. I support them from day one by teaching them how to find clients and build strong partnerships with local hospitals, doctors, and assisted living communities. By regularly checking their business data and financial statements, I help them spot problems, find missing opportunities, and plan their next steps. I act as a supportive mentor who keeps them on track, even joining them out in the field to give real-time feedback and ensure they run a successful, caring business.

Stu Blaze

Franchise Business Coach

Stu was born in New York, spent most of his life in California, and now calls Tennessee home. He began supporting franchise owners at a young age and built a long, successful career progressing from FBC to Director of Training, Regional Director, and Director of Operations — all focused on franchisee support and business growth. Throughout his career, Stu has mentored business owners at every stage, from first‑day operators to owners with more than 15 years of experience. As both a former franchisee and the founder of his own successful startup, he brings real‑world insight, empathy, and a deep passion for helping entrepreneurs scale with confidence and long‑term success. After entering the Home Care industry over four years ago, Stu is now excited to be part of the Assisted Living Locators team. He looks forward to meeting everyone and continuing his lifelong commitment to supporting business owners and elevating them in the communities they serve.

Brenda Elpers

Director of Franchise Development

With more than 15 years of experience in franchise development, Brenda has built a reputation as a trusted industry expert, helping brands grow through strategic franchise sales, development, and compliance. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with leading franchise brands including Smashburger, Camp Bow Wow, and Mathnasium, bringing deep expertise in franchise growth strategies and a strong understanding of the legal aspects of franchising. Originally from Kansas and a lifelong, passionate fan of the Kansas Jayhawks, Brenda now calls Denver home, where she continue to help franchise brands and entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth.
